We received a response along the lines of "Tough ! You have to pay" Not being ones to be bullied, we simply ignored this letter, and have since heard nothing. It has been near enough 6 months, and thus I can only assume they realized that trying to trick us would not work. Stay calm, and cool. Don't pay anything unless absolutely have to.
